RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Psychedelics Store UK, we promise the quality of our products and want our customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
a. The item or goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
a. You have 14 days from the date of order delivery to seek a return.
Please be advised that items that have been partially consumed or opened cannot be returned.
Return Procedure: To begin a return, please perform these steps:
a. Send an email to sales@psychedelicsstore.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs (if any).
b. Our customer service representatives will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item or products after reviewing your request.
c. Carefully package the item or products, along with a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Return the item or items to us using trackable shipping. Please be aware that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item or items and verify that they satisfy the requirements for returns. After receiving and examining the returned item or items, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please be aware that consumers are liable for any return shipping expenses and that shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges: Within seven days of receiving your item, please email sales@psychedelicsstore.uk to contact our customer support staff if you received a damaged or defective product. At no extra expense to you, we will collaborate with you to replace the damaged or defective item or items.
Exceptions: Please be aware that the following circumstances are not covered by our refund policy:
a. Normal wear and tear b. Product misuse, bad handling, or inappropriate storage c. Items bought from unapproved resellers
